BGE Recruitment Landing Page
As the digital anchor for the BGE Integrated Recruitment Campaign, I designed the user interface for a series of university-specific landing pages. The goal was to create a tailored candidate journey that bridged the gap between BGE’s corporate values and the specific culture of each university. For this specific execution, I created a high-fidelity visual design that speaks directly to Texas A&M students and alumni. My strategy aligned BGE’s core values with the Aggie Code of Honor, weaving in school-specific language, imagery, and stats to help students envision their future at the firm. Beyond the UI/UX design, I crafted the content strategy and designed supporting materials, including 4x4 cardstock handouts with QR codes to drive traffic from career fair booths.
