To execute this digital transformation, I partnered with Fusion92 to leverage their dynamic rendering technology. My role was to direct the creative pipeline, designing the front-end layouts and ensuring our internal brand assets were perfectly engineered to feed into their system. By deploying the final coded layouts via an iframe on the Conn's website, we could push real-time pricing and promotional updates across the entire 15-state footprint without altering the site's core code​​​​​​​.
Vendor Management & Strategy: I led weekly strategic syncs with the Fusion92 team to oversee current sprint deliverables, troubleshoot live deployments, and map out future system capabilities.
Responsive UI Design: I designed the master visual layouts and user experience for the ad units. I focused on desktop-first, fully responsive designs, and then handed the finalized files off to the Fusion92 development team to be coded into their dynamic engine.
The Data Pipeline: My team provided the structured data feeds, asset libraries, and localized financing offers that Fusion92's system used to automatically assemble the thousands of localized digital ads.

Dynamic Motion & Video:
Rather than relying solely on static images, I engineered these templates to incorporate looping MP4 and GIF assets. We supplied these lightweight motion files to Fusion92 so their engine could seamlessly serve autoplaying video content directly within the dynamic ad units.
