Spark Internal Agency Identity
I led the initiative to brand 'Spark,' the dedicated in-house creative agency within Conn's HomePlus. The objective was to professionalize the internal creative department and establish a distinct team culture. I developed the complete visual identity system, including the logo and brand guidelines, to give the team a unified face. This project went beyond simple aesthetics; it was about building morale and elevating the perception of the creative function within the larger corporate structure, transforming a department into a recognized internal agency.
